Coke Recipe | Coca Cola Coke Recipe

Coke Recipe | Coca Cola Coke RecipeSince it was first made in 1886, the Coca-Cola formula is one of the most fiercely guarded trade secrets of the corporate world. Many claimed to have found it, but the mystery of Merchandise 7X, the name given to the combination of secret ingredients which gives the soft drink its distinctive taste, has endured. Now an American public radio show claims to have found the recipe kept in an Atlanta steel vault and which, it is said, only two employees at a time know how to mix. The two never fly together.

'This American Life', broadcast on more than 500 stations, said it found the recipe in a 40-year-old newspaper. Its website, thisamericanlife.org, said the Atlanta Journal-Constitution published the photo of a book containing a handwritten replica of the original recipe on February 8, 1979.

The drink was created by pharmacist John Pemberton in 1886.

The 'Secret' Recipe of Coke uncorked below

Fluid extract of Coca 3 drams

Important Notification for Bank Jobs Aspirants

When computers were first introduced, especially in the public sector banks (government owned banks) the workings were actually seen to get slower as the old employees were not well versed with the new technology. It was only after extensive training that the computers were being used to get the most out of them. To avoid such situations recurring, most large government banks have made computer certification compulsory for eligibility to such posts as clerk and probationary officers (PO).
A Bank Probationary Officer (PO) is a post occupied in a bank. It is the starting level position for all officers employed in a bank. This is a job that is open to anyone who has the right qualifications. The term Probationary obviously refers to the period for which the employee holds the post, after which he or she is promoted to a more general position as officer.
The tasks usually given to a Bank Probationary officer can include anything. Certain examples might be General Banking, administrative work and or any other work assigned by the Bank from time to time. It is only after a Bank Probationary officer is promoted to a higher post that they get routine work like posting, scrolling or advances or anything that is related to banking. Even in this position, any officer is working under the Sr. Manager and must be directed by his superiors.
Other nationalized or public sector banks recruit through the Banking Service Recruitment Boards (BSRBs). They advertise in newspapers and the employment news so as to get candidates who must then sit for a written test. This test consists of objective questions on Test of Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, English Language and a non-objective portion called the Descriptive Test.
The Private sector banks, mainly foreign banks. They recruit through interviews held in the premier management institutes, from among finance professionals such as Chartered Accountants, Cost and Works Accountants and Chartered Financials Analysts, from the premier management institutes and from public sector commercial banks. The Banks also accept a candidate who has studied computer as part of their degree courses. For such students it is not necessary to produce any certificates. In certain states the government takes step to increase computer literacy. For instance, in West Bengal, Government colleges offer certificate computer courses to students who are interested, alongside their degree courses. This can go a long way as most jobs today, including those in the banking sector, require computer training.
This move towards computer literacy, especially in the banks, is definitely one of the more dynamic moves on the part of the country. An employee of a public sector bank has the aim to do a good job so that he is up for promotions. However, such a job has the usual security that one associates with any Government job. There are perks involved and many schemes even after retirement. As a result, the private sector banks are constantly looking for more dynamic and competitive professionals, more so than the public sector banks. The use of computers not only makes the process more transparent and speedy, but it also minimizes error.

Top Ten Best Cell Phones, World Top Ten Best Upcoming Cell Phones, World Top Ten Best Upcoming Gadgets

World Top Ten Upcoming Cell Phones, World Top Ten Gadgets
Sure, you want a new phone right now, but carriers and manufacturers have promised some truly spectacular, knock-your-socks-off phones coming to U.S. shelves between now and June. With 4G right around the corner and mobile hardware and software getting better and better, you should take a look at what’s coming down the pike in the next couple of months before you buy.
The first three weeks of the year have seen more than a dozen announcements from top U.S. carriers, and we’re sure to see more at the Mobile World Congress trade show in mid-February. Whether you’re with AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, or Verizon Wireless, there’s something exciting on the horizon.
It wasn’t easy keeping it to just 10, but we’ve come up with this list of the most exciting phones that you’ll be able to buy in the coming months. To check out pictures of these handsets,

  10. Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc (AT&T?)
Sony Ericsson’s big comeback could come from this Android 2.3 "Gingerbread" phone with a razor-sharp screen, spectacular camera, and the ability to be manipulated by your TV’s remote control. While the company told us it wants to sell this phone here in the U.S, we’ve put it in last place on this list because Sony Ericsson has a lousy track record of getting its phones picked up by U.S. carriers. If it does appear, the Xperia Arc will most likely show up on AT&T.sony_thumb

Also notable: Sony Ericsson is expected to debut a "PlayStation phone" next month, though we don’t know whether that’s ever coming to the U.S. We should know more when MWC commences on Feb. 13.

9. HTC 7 Pro (Sprint)
htc_thumb
Windows Phone 7 will debut on Sprint very, very soon with this big, sliding-QWERTY-keyboard model. Like many other Windows Phone 7 devices, the 7 Pro has a 1GHz processor and a 5-megapixel camera. The form factor is the selling point here, with a tilting screen that makes it look like a little laptop.

8. LG Revolution (Verizon Wireless)
wireless thumb Top 10 Best Upcoming Cell Phones 2011
Verizon debuted four new LTE, Android-based phones at CES this year. The LG Revolution’s key features include 1080p HD video capture and the ability to organize your Android apps into folders, preventing your app tray from getting much too long.

7. Samsung Galaxy S 4G (T-Mobile)

htc-desire-hd-vs-galaxys-iphone-4g
T-Mobile’s Editors’ Choice-winning Samsung Vibrant is getting a faster cousin on February 13 with the introduction of the Galaxy S 4G, which T-Mobile pre-announced on January 20. We don’t know much about the new generation Galaxy S, although we’re hoping T-Mobile’s phone is the same as the dual-core Galaxy S lineup that Samsung is promising.

6. Samsung Infuse 4G (AT&T)
att_thumb
Super-thin, with a super-huge, Super AMOLED Plus screen, the Samsung Infuse will give you a truly cinematic Android experience. The 4.5-inch display carries the same 800-by-480 resolution as most other smart phones, but Samsung says Super AMOLED Plus will improve its colors. The Infuse will be one of the first phones to run on AT&T’s fast HSPA+ network.

5. HTC Thunderbolt (Verizon Wireless)

wireless_thumb
HTC is beloved for giving a bit more style and finish to its Android phones than some other manufacturers, and the 4G HTC Thunderbolt comes with the company’s award-winning Sense UI overlay. It also has an 8-megapixel camera and an HD video recorder, which may make this an excellent 4G phone for YouTube devotees.

4. T-Mobile Sidekick 4Gt-mobile-sidekick-lx-qwerty-phone
The T-Mobile Sidekick is a cult device with an intensely faithful following. After Sidekick-maker Danger was bought by Microsoft, fans thought they’d never see a new model. T-Mobile recently said the Sidekick is coming back as a 4G HSPA+ Android phone, but didn’t give many details. This image seems to hint that it will eschew a swiveling screen for a slider design.

3. Motorola Droid Bionic (Verizon Wireless)
motorola_thumbThe dual-core, NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor in the Motorola Droid Bionic means this 4G LTE phone will be up to twice as fast as other top smartphones. I’ve seen the Tegra difference when playing games, and it means sharper backgrounds, better shadows, and more enemies to fight. The Droid Bionic may very well be Verizon’s power leader when it launches.

2. Motorola Atrix (AT&T)
atrix_thumbThe most interesting phone I saw at CES and the one I’m personally waiting most anxiously for, the Motorola Atrix is an Android phone that turns into a Linux-powered, desktop or laptop PC when it’s popped into the appropriate dock. Could this replace a tablet, a netbook, or a home media center? I really want to find out.

1. Apple iPhone 5
apple_thumb Sorry folks, we couldn’t ignore the next-gen Jesus phone. Nobody knows anything reliable about the upcoming iPhone, although noisy blog speculation is already in full force. We don’t know if it will be called iPhone 5, iPhone 4G, or something else. But we’re pretty sure it’s coming in June or July—iPhones always do. Surely Apple will have plenty of surprises for us, and it’s likely that a new iPhone will come with industry-leading features. The real question is, with a Verizon iPhone 4 coming in early February—can you wait that long?

Top 10 Best Games of 2010

Top 10 Best Games  2010
1. Call Of Duty: Black OpsXbox-Call-of-Duty-Black-Ops___512747
Call of Duty have always been a favorite among the game geeks since the first series. They were voted the best action/shooting game multiple times throughout their franchise.
The Call of Duty black Ops takes on the legacy superbly with awesome graphics, gameplay and story. The campaign is exciting and varied and the multiplayer mode is just too exciting. A Zombie series have been included in this game.
The Game is easily the best of 2010! The only problem of the game is that it gets over very quickly.

2. Need For Speed Hot PursuitNeed For Speed Hot Pursuit
The Need For Speed Hot Pursuit I and II have been very successful and the recent NFS games proved to be not so successful. Electronic Arts came up with the all new NFS Hot Pursuit III and let me tell you that ITS AWESOME.
NFS: Hot Pursuit III is just pure over the edge adrenalin pumping racing entertainment. With awesome tracks and even more awesome cars, this game could not be ignored. The multiplayer mode is the most impressive one with an 8 player capability.
The NFS HP3 is undoubtedly the best racing game of 2010

3. Battlefield: Bad Company 2 – VietnamBattlefield Bad Company 2 Vietnam
Definitely one of the best games of 2010. The predecessor was one of the best multiplayer shooting games ever to be made, rivaling neck on with Call of Duty, Medal Of Honor and Counter Strike. With its realistic graphics and war like gameplay experience, this game is in my opinion one of the best FPS game.
The game comes with the best maps and awesome atmosphere. Weapons are impressive and so are the vehicles. Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is considered to be among the best multiplayer games ever.

4. BlurBlur game
If you liked the movie “death race”, then i’m sure that you will love this game. Blur is a new game that has a high level graphics and a difficult game to play, which makes it challenging. Its like Need For Speed, but with weapons. Yea, weapons! This game is not about speed only. You need to sway away from your opponents weapons and shoot your rivals to get to the top.
Driving is a bliss as it is smooth and responsive. Blur is most enjoyed in the multiplayer mode as the single player mode kind of gets pissing off when you get blown off in the last minute and you don’t have anyone around you to swear at.

5. Dead Rising 2Dead Rising 2
Its always nice to kill zombies. Left 4 Dead series is a great example of how fun killing zombies can be! The sequel to the run away hit Xbox game Dead Rising is an addictive adventure game. The combats are bloody and awesome. The weapon combinations are fun to use. The only problem is that the game takes a lot of time in loading.
Dead Rising 2 may not have the best graphics and the best strategies in story, but it is one addictive game that could make you sit in front of your Pc the whole day.

6. Fallout: New VegasFallout New Vegas
Fallout 3, which was released two years earlier was known to be one of the best open adventure games ever. It was too sad that the game had a very short story. However the sequel – Fallout: New Vegas has the same fun formula of the Fallout 3 with an extra additions that would make the fallout franchise fans go gaga over this one.
The Fallout: New Vegas is like an expansion to the Fallout 3 as it is so similar to it. The Fallout 4 has more missions and exploring to do and the graphics have been improved. This game is worth trying out.

7. Lara Croft and the Guardian Of LightLara Croft and the Guardian Of Light
Lara Croft is always considered one of the best adventure games of all time. The series continues and so does its reputation. Its a whole new level in exploring, combat and bringing things together. The challenges produced are exciting and the graphics are slick and crisp.
The puzzles are clever and the gameplay is just simply brilliant. The Guardian of Light is a complete entertainment package. It doesn’t disappoint you or any of its successful predecessors at all.

8. World Of Warcraft: CataclysmWorld Of Warcraft Cataclysm
World Of Warcraft is one of the worlds most played multiplayer games of all time. Any update or a new game from this series is like blessings from God to those World of Warcraft addicts. The Cataclysm doesn’t show much improvement from the recent free update, but it does act like a great expansion to this solid series.
It has new and varied quests that will keep you go. It is the most impressive expansion and has inventive quests, great story and amazing visuals. This is a worthy game to be listed in the top 10 games of 2010

9. ArmA II: Operation ArrowheadArmA II Operation Arrowhead
The ArmA II is definitely one of the best of 2010. The game is simply exhilarating and thrilling. Filled with modern and retro weapons, this game is backed with striking visuals and brilliant game play and a great story line. It delivers great battlefield experience. There are team play missions and also single player missions too.
The Geography and the graphics complement one another gorgeously and is a great combat game. Overall this is a great action game and is worthy for the list.

10. Mafia II   Mafia II
During the 1930s Mafia were prominent in the US, Mexico and other countries. Mafia stories have always been successful and so was the first addition to this series. Mafia II comes with exciting action and a killer mob story. This game is impressive and contains violent attacks.
It’s a great game for mafia and action lovers. The graphics are good and so is the story line.

English Paper in Government Jobs – How to Crack?

english paperRecruitment of Government officials is carried out through competitive exams held at various levels. One of the most prestigious and sought after government job in India is the Indian Administrative Services. Commonly known as IAS, these officers are recruited through the Civil Services Exam held by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). While top rankers in the exam secure the highest posts, recruitment for other government positions are also carried out via this examination. Such positions include posts in Indian Foreign Services, Indian Customs Department, Indian Police Services and Indian Railways.
Government banks have their own system of recruiting new candidates. The Reserve Bank of India holds the All India Exam; while the Probationary Officers’ Exam is held by the Central Recruitment Board (SBI).All these competitive exams have a similar two tier exam pattern: the Preliminaries and the final Interview.
  • The first part of the preliminary exam is basically General Awareness Questions and questions based on Logic and Reasoning.
  • The following part is usually referred to as ‘The Test of English Language’. This segment has 50 marks allotted to it, and includes several essay type questions.
  • The time permitted for this section is roughly 45 minutes and the range of questions cover grammar and comprehension as well as prĂ©cis or essay writing.
  • Usually, candidates need to answer three out of four questions with restricted space for the answers.
  • The objective is to test the candidates’ analytical and comprehension abilities. It also tests the applicant’s capacity to generate unique ideas and his/her control over the language itself.
Even though this part of the exam seems easy, it is actually not. The questions are tricky and all the answers –especially in the grammar and comprehension part – seem correct. Therefore, to crack the English test one must have a strong grip over the nuances of the language itself. The points that need to be remembered are:
  • Grammatical Errors – Most applicants lose marks in this segment due to grammatical errors. A simple grammatical defect in a sentence can change the entire meaning of it. The best way to avoid these careless errors is to play the sentences in your head before actually penning them. This reduces the possibility of mistakes and enhances your grammar as well. Therefore, you must devote sufficient time in polishing your grammar skills.
  • Spelling Mistakes – Spelling errors play a key role in marring your answers. Careless spelling errors leave a bad impression on the examiner. Your essay or article should be rich in vocabulary, use words that are uncommon. But you must take every precaution to avoid spelling errors. Constant reading and writing in the language can cure your spelling errors, while at the same time, enrich your vocabulary.
  • Sentence Construction – Another important factor to be remembered is your sentence construction. If your sentence construction skills are poor, no amount of articulation will convey your thoughts to the examiner. Extensive reading and writing in English alone can better your sentence construction.
However, language proficiency alone is not enough to master the English Test. You also need to be innovative, and receptive to new ideas and concepts. All these taken together form the backbone of your preparation for the English Exam in Government and private sector jobs.

Preparation of General Awareness in Government Jobs

general awarenessThe first step in preparing for any major competitive exam is undoubtedly to be adept at answering General Awareness questions. Such General Knowledge questions are meant to test the candidates’ knowledge of Current Affairs covering political, economic, and sociological occurrences both within and outside the nation. They also test the applicants’ knack for collecting, comprehending and analyzing a stream of information.
Most competitive exams are split into two parts; the first part tests the candidates’ general awareness regarding current affairs. The Civil Services Exam held by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) to recruit IAS officers itself has a preliminary exam of 450 marks followed by an Interview. The preliminaries test the applicant’s general knowledge of the current issues throughout the world. Even the All India Exam held by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the Probationary Officers’ Exam held by the Central Recruitment Board (SBI) has a similar test pattern. Only after the applicant clears the preliminary exams can they become eligible for the personality interview. Although the final selection is based on the candidate’s performance in the interview, the first part of the exam plays a key role in the recruitment process.
The questions set are basically objective questions, and the entire segment consists of about 50 questions in general. All you have to do is Mark the answers if you know them. The whole section can be easily solved within ten minutes. Thus, not only are these questions easy to answer, they are very scoring as well.
However, the questions asked in this section depend heavily on the nature of the job the candidate is applying for. For instance, in case of Bank Exams, the stress is on current events in the world of Finance, and Economical issues both in the national and international field. And this does not rule out the possibility of questions on geology or astronomical explorations.
It is clear therefore that preparing for General Awareness questions is a prolonged process. Preparations must begin well in advance. The following are a few key points to remember when preparing for such exams.
  • Read Newspapers – These are the basic means of preparing for general knowledge based questions. Newspapers are available very easily and a good gazette can provide a whole treasure trove of information. In fact, a whole section of the newspaper is dedicated to Current Affairs.
  • Magazine Reading – Another very important means of preparing for General awareness tests are a regular reading of magazines. Especially magazines such as India Today, Outlook, and Readers’ Digest are exceptionally good. Yearbooks are also very helpful for bulk studying.
  • Acquaintance with Journals and Blogs – Merely reading gazettes and magazines are not enough. Go through live journals and blogs to know the general opinion about the various occurrences. Participating in such discussions and free display of public opinion frames your own ideas regarding the same.
  • Exposure to Media – Tune in to the daily news updates if you have no means of acquiring journals or magazines. Numerous channels air debates and discussions on various issues. Follow them as often as you can.
However, the most important factor that regulates your preparation is a dedicated thirst for knowledge. And a quick mind. Your preparation and performance in any Government oriented or even private sector exam is directly proportional to your receptivity and analytical faculty.
