Breaking The Code – Folder Access

If you happen to be one of those using “Folder Access” folder locking software BEWARE!!!

You can download the latest version from download.cnet.com but only to crack it.

Install it and restart to let it start. Make a folder in c: drive as temp and use this software to lock it.

Now the magic begins…

1. Go to start->run and open services.msc

2. Here locate a service named “LckFldservice”.

3. Right click on it first stop and then click on properties and disable it.

4. Go to the folder where Folder access is installed generally it is C:\Program Files\FolderAccess And delete all files except LckFldMenu.dll.

5. Now go to the locked folder temp and open it. It will show this dialogue box.

6. Go to start->run and type cmd. It will open DOS-Prompt.

7. Here type the following

ren c:\temp.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} temp

AND WHOA MAGIC!!!! YOUR FOLDER IS NOW UNLOCKABLE BOOOOOOMMMMMM!!!!!!!a
